Gamers around the world have reported problems with the Playstation
Network online service on their PS3, which has left them unable to play
games and in some cases deleted or damaged achievements and trophies
saved on the machines.

It is thought the  problem may be down
to a problem with the internal clock or calendar in the machines, as it
has manifested itself with the change of the month. (1)

I'm not happy

Turned mine on to check it and up came a error message saying hardware failure. Turned it straight off again and i'm going to wait until Sony release a fix before trying to play on it!

Hoping it won't be too long...!

Mine is fine, from a v early batch bought on launch day...
