I have been practicing Pilates for the last 6 years and find it invaluable to keep supple and fit. Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture
through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning
exercises. Most of my teachers have been either gymnasts or ballet dancers and have given the classes excellent tuition.
