Dogs are welcome in The Bell Inn in Moreton in Marsh.  It is a traditional Cotswold pub with a large courtyard and garden.

The Seven Tuns in Chedworth is very dog friendly! Dogs are welcome throughout the pub, with water bowls in the snugs and doggie snacks provided by the staff.

The Rising Sun between Cheltenham and Winchcombe allows dogs in the restaurant. They also don't seem to be bothered about dogs begging at your table, but then again, I like dogs, so it's fine by me.
